Today’s Public Software Valuation and Financial Performance: The SEG Internet Index – Social Product Category

In the month of January, the Social product category achieved a median EV/Revenue multiple of 10.2x, TTM Revenue Growth of 58.4%, and EBITDA Margin of 11.2%.  Notable companies outperforming their respective category include:

  • Twitter with a 18.3x EV/Revenue multiple
  • YY with a 111.1% revenue growth
  • Facebook with a 49.6% EBITDA margin
