In the month of January, the CRM & Marketing product category achieved a median EV/Revenue multiple of 6.4x TTM Revenue Growth of 28.4%, and EBITDA Margin of -15.1%.  Notable companies outperforming their respective category include:

  • Zendesk with a 14.9x EV/Revenue multiple
  • Marketo with a 60.5% revenue growth
  • Constant Contact with a 13.3% EBITDA margin
