In the month of December, the Ad Tech & Lead Generation category achieved a median EV/Revenue multiple of 2.1x, TTM Revenue Growth of 22.8%, and EBITDA Margin of 8.3%. Notable companies outperforming their respective category include:
- On an EV/Revenue multiple basis, Groupon and SINA Corporation outperformed the category with multiples of 8.5x and 7.9x, respectively.
- On a TTM Revenue Growth basis, interClick, Marchex Inc, and comScore Inc. outperformed the category with a revenue growth of 52.1%, 45.8%, and 40.2%, respectively.
- On a TTM EBITDA Margin basis, DG FastChannel Inc. and ValueClick Inc. outperformed the category with a margin of 42.9% and 28.4%, respectively.
